Venue Amenities & Features

 

Our wedding packages include services and amenities that will make your event the picture of elegance and give a sense of ease to your planning process.  Our signature “Show Barn” can accommodate up to 175 seated guests and with utilization of the front deck and side patio we can seat over 200.  The following is included in your rental:

 

  • Complete use of the event center buildings, beautifully manicured lawns and gardens.  All buildings have heat and air conditioning.

  • Abundant free parking.

  • Outdoor ceremony for up to 200 seated guests in our east lawn that features custom wood benches, pergola and a sky-high vintage windmill.  Bose sound system included with wireless microphone.

  • 1953 Hudson Super Wasp car with fire pit under the hood included as a display prop.

  • Set-up, clean-up and maintenance of house provided items.

  • 250 white plastic commercial folding reception chairs for indoor or outdoor use.

  • 40 – white 6’ rectangular folding banquet tables.

  • White linens on all provided tables.

  • Four portable propane fueled heaters.

  • Private bridal and groom suites with restroom, refrigerators and microwaves.

  • In-house sound system for announcements, background music and/or your disc jockey.

  • Large, converted grain bin bar with deep freezers and ample shelving for storage.

  • Flexible catering options and onsite refrigeration.

  • Party light system for indoor dance floor.

  • Expansive outdoor playground area for children within view of the event center.

  • Indoor and outdoor bistro style lighting.

  • Three well maintained and accessible restrooms.

  • Two planning sessions with event center staff to discuss layout, timeline, etc.

  • On-site manager for assistance during event day(s).

  • One-hour wedding rehearsal the day prior to your event (pending availability).
